Infantry assault badge in bronze – Vienna design

Infantry assault badge in bronze – Vienna design. Mid to late war zinc IAB with scooped out grenade. Nicely worn condition with most of the dark bronze finish still remaining. These scooped out Vienna design IAB show similarities with the GAB and PAB Meybauer products. The close relation is still not confirmed, but more makers are known to have used the Vienna design for their badges. Very difficult to find IAB with no damage or repairs.
