General assault badge – Otto Schickle, Pforzheim. Early war hollow tombac badge with round wire catch setup. Well worn condition with some of the silver plating worn down. More uncommon early Schickle catch variant in beautiful combat worn condition. Slightly bend forward at the bottom and the pin was sharped most likely to pernitrate the uniform more easily.
