General assault badge – L/53 Hymmen & Co, Lüdenscheid. Mid to late war semi-hollow ‘Allgemeines Sturmabzeichen’ with L/53 makers mark. Remains in excellent condition with nearly all the Glanzverzinkt silver finish remaining and a very bright unpatinated appearance. Very uncommon GAB and one of two setup variants.
