General assault badge – F.W. Assmann & Söhne, Lüdenscheid. Early to mid war steel construction GAB with silver finish on top. Remains in lightly worn condition and shows some surface rust.
This is the later single cut-out version with only one cut-out under the swastika. Maker marked on the back of the grenade had with the Assmann logo. Sought after and the only steel GAB made.
