General assault badge – E.F. Wiedmann, Frankfurt. Late war solid zinc GAB with Wiedmann makers mark and rare wide pin setup. Remains in unworn condition with perfect finish remaining and a somewhat grainy looking finish due to the typical zinc bubbling under the ‘Brennlack’. Rarely seen with this setup, let alone in this excellent condition. An example from my personal collection.
