Ek2 award document Inf. Div. 263

Iron cross second class awar document to Obergefreiten Peter Schubert who served with the 1. Schwadron, Aufklärungs-Abteilung 263. At the time the 263 Inf. Div. was fighting off attack near Medyn. Peter must have been awarded the ek2 for the actions in this area early jan 1942. The document shows wear and cracks through out, was vaulted once over the middle and has two holes on the left side.
