EK1 + WB Gold, Stug Brig. 912
Iron cross first class and wounded badge in gold award documents to Unteroffizier Karl Gall. Gall was with the 2./Sturmgesch. Brig. 912. At the time Gall received his awards the unit was attached to the 16. Armee. In 1945 this unit was stuck in the famous Kurland-Kessel were it surrendered on the final days of the war. Looking at the dates it shows that Gall was an experienced soldiers that had been in action at least since late 1942.
The documents remain in average condition with small holes on the left side and old glue marks on the back. Both documents are vaulted horizontally and have some small stains and dents. Small later period award set with a rarely seen gold wounded badge for a Stug Brig. member.
