Close combat clasp in silver – Josef Felix & Söhne, Gablonz. Mid war JFS type 2 marked clasp with silver plated finish. Remains in worn condition and shows some of the silver finish worn down on the eagle, grenade, bayonet grip and surface of the leaves. The setup remains tightly crimped, with the pin showing a dark patina. The back plate remains tight and is still nicely factory crimped. The finish around the catch has started to patinated but overall kept the finish nicely.
Very difficult to find JFS silver clasp with the good quality finish!
