German cross in gold – Deschler & Sohn, München. heavy weight tombac back plate ‘Deutsches Kreuz in Gold’ with makers mark on 1 on the pin for Deschler. Remains in very good worn condition with no damage to the enamel, only some scratches and normal wear to the gilded wreath. White backing shows some patina. Rivets are tight and has the early type directly soldered catch. Excellent worn Deschler.
