Extremely rare Panzer police portrait

Extremely rare Panzer Polizei portrait! Postcard size portrait with police visor cap, boards and tabs with green piping on the uniform. Unmarked photo paper, good condition with slight wear to the corners. Only the 2nd time I have seen a portrait of such.
