Luftwaffe Radio operator air gunner badge – Assmann & Söhne, Lüdenscheid. Mid to late war zinc wreath with zinc riveted eagle. Remains in perfect mint condition with no wear, the wreath retained the tombac plated surface with silver finish nearly perfectly and the eagle retained the blackening fully. Slightly movement on the eagle but still perfectly crimped. Very difficult to find a zink late war Assmann ‘FLiegerschützenabzeichen’ in this pristine condition.
