Heer buckle tabbed – Richard Sieper & Sohn, Lüdenscheid. Steel construction 1940 dated buckle with RSS marked tab and maker mark under the catch. Remains in very lightly worn condition with perfect letter and still nearly all the paint remaining. Excellent buckle!
