Infantry assault badge in bronze – Pillow crimp

Infantry assault badge in bronze – Pillow crimp. Mid to late war solid zinc IAB with so called “pillow crimp” style crimp and bronze finish. Remains in lightly worn condition with most of the bronze finish still present and the setup still tightly crimped. Most likely produced or distributed by B.H. Mayer due to other badges that have been found with the L/18 mark in this style crimp. Very uncommon bronze grade.
