Infantry assault badge in silver – Hymmen & Co, Lüdenscheid. Early war hollow tombac IAB with Hymmen design and thick silver plated finish. Remains in lightly worn condition with nearly all the thick plating present and a good amount of the top frosting. Very uncommon maker especially with the thick finish as these are normally finished with the typical fragile Hymmen finish. Top example!
