Infantry assault badge in silver – Franke & Co, Lüdenscheid

Infantry assault badge in silver – Franke & Co, Lüdenscheid. Late war F&CL maker marked zinc IAB with crimped in setup. Remains in heavily worn condition and was hand vaulted for better wear on the uniform. Still has a good part of the finish present, however faded into a black appearance. Catch has some movement, but this is not uncommon for crimped catches. Untouched piece with a ‘been there’ look.
