Infantry assault badge in silver – Otto Schickle, Pforzheim. Early tombac hollow Schickle design IAB with later variant C shaped catch. Remains in well worn condition and shows a thick dark patina on the silver plating. Left as is and not cleaned to make it appear shiny. Quality early war IAB with good character to it.
